THE BRUNY BAKER

A famously unique roadside fridge stall offers delicious freshly baked and warm sourdough bread and homemade Anzac biscuits. If you’re lucky, they’re still warm, straight from the wood-fired oven. It is best to go after 10 am. Drop your cash in the honesty box, or transfer the money to their bank account provided at the door of the fridge, and enjoy a picnic at the beach or take it home. Located on the roadside (corner of Sheepwash Road, Alonnah).

BRUNY ISLAND CHOCOLATE COMPANY

The home of Island Produce Tasmania, producing fudge, truffles, sauces, chocolate, jams and goodies.

Located in Adventure Bay, 10 minutes drive from Alonnah.

BRUNY ISLAND HONEY

A must try this local produce of Bruny Island Honey, it’s purely natural 100% of Tasmanian honey. Selection of Leatherwood, Blue gum, Manuka honey and more. Ranging from $4 – $55. It’s located on Great Bay. Opening hours vary.

BRUNY ISLAND RASPBERRY FARM TAS

A bush of raspberry farm located in Adventure Bay offers freshly picked raspberries and selections of homemade raspberry produce such as raspberry vinegar, chocolates, jams, and many more.

The farm offers hot & cold drinks also some yummy baked goods include gluten-free and vegan alternatives.

THE BLIGH MUSEUM OF PACIFIC EXPLORATION

The museum is located on Adventure Bay Road, 2 km away from LUMEAH Gallery.
The museum displays historical maps, books, documents, paintings and drawings, and other artifacts relating to the landings at Adventure Bay by famous Abel Tasman over James Cook and William Bligh along with the French explorers and scientists D’Entrecasteaux, Flinders, Baudin, and many more explorers. Opening hours: daily 10 am to 4 pm except for Christmas Day and Good Friday or by arrangement.
